Roshan Pandalai

Roshan assists clients to make informed choices about their future. Roshan established Evergreen Financial Advisers in 2017 to help his clients realise their goals. Before finding the world of financial advice, Roshan studied Mechanical Engineering and served in the Australian Army. He is a proud father of 3 (including the dog), who enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jessie McCormack

Financial Adviser
Jessie enjoys seeing results for her clients and putting everything in place to achieve their financial goals. Since starting with Evergreen in 2020, she has learned every role and aspect of the business and is excited to be meeting new clients. Jessie is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and enjoys travelling with her family and friends.

Sharna Jarvis

Client Services Officer
Sharna has been part of the Evergreen team since 2021 and is the person who ensures that the financial plans recommended by our advisers are put into place on behalf of our clients. Sharna has a Certificate III in Business Administration and loves cats, travelling and cooking.

Yannick Fitzsimmons

Client Services Officer
Yannick is the voice you hear at the end of the phone and also helps Sharna put in place the financial plan recommended to clients by our advisers. Yannick has a Diploma in Financial Planning and is well over half way to complete his degree in financial planning also under the mentorship of Roshan. Before the Financial Planning journey, Yannick served in the Australian Army and has worked in the building, underground coal mining and Defence contracting services industries. Yannick is a father of 3 (excluding the 3 dogs and boat), loves all marine activities, most ball sports and adventuring everywhere with his family and friends.
