Financial Adviser

Yannick has been a part of the Evergreen team since January 2023 and a financial adviser since June 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Planning from RMIT University.
Before his financial planning journey, Yannick served in the Australian Army and has worked in the building, underground coal mining, and Defence contracting services industries. Yannick is extremely passionate about providing detailed, tailored advice to his clients to assist them in achieving their financial goals. Under the mentorship of Roshan he continues to grow his knowledge and skills in all aspects of financial advice. Yannick is a father of 3 (excluding the 2 dogs and the boat), loves all marine activities, most ball sports, and adventuring everywhere with his family and friends. |

Sharna has been part of the Evergreen team since 2021 and holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and is a member of the Veteran Employment Program.
No matter the time of day Sharna is always assisting someone. Whether it be our clients, the advisers, or other admin staff, Sharna ensures everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Sharna oversees major projects at Evergreen, coordinates many of our events and seminars, works to improve internal processes, and so much more. Sharna is extremely passionate about what she does, and enjoys seeing our clients financial goals actuate. In her free time Sharna enjoys crafting, cooking, and petting cute cats. |

Michelle joined the Evergreen team in July 2024 after 11 years of service in the Royal Australian Air Force and has a Certificate IV in Business Administration/Leadership and Management.
She is one of the administration points of contact for Yannick's clients and all things DVA and Defence. Michelle assists with the implementation of Yannick’s recommendations and assists the clients throughout the process. Additionally, Michelle supports our current and future ex-Defence team members through the Veteran Employment Program. Michelle is a mum to one, an Army spouse, and she loves spending time with their dog as well as swimming and reading. |

Tia joined our team in December 2025 and has been eagerly learning ever since.
Along with assisting Yannick with his clients, she also aids the rest of the team with anything they may need on a daily basis. Her adaptability is greatly appreciated by both Evergreen and our clients. Tia is especially interested in the importance of financial planning for our clients and enjoys being a part of the process. She is happy to take some of the stress of managing finances off our clients shoulders and give them the support they require to achieve their goals. Tia has a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and enjoys exploring new foods, music, and places. |

Ricky joined the Evergreen team in February 2026 after 21 years of service in the Army. He has a Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Ricky assists with the preparation of appointments and general client liaisons. His prior experience with DVA and Defence has proved valuable in guiding clients through similar journeys. Ricky has always been fascinated with everything finance and has enjoyed delving into the financial world to assist our clients. In his spare time he enjoys volunteering at Breaking the Cycle with PCYC, spending time with his family, and camping. |
