Ongoing Service

Our Ongoing Service package allows you to place your super, insurance, and investment management in our hands. This means less time spent asking questions, and more time getting answers. 

Flat rate fees. Never percentage based. 

Cost

Single: $1,320 per year
Couple: $660 each per year

*Please note that ongoing costs may vary depending on the complexity of your situation. 

What you'll get

The average ongoing fee package includes:

• Adviser support, including research, calculations, and strategic planning. 
• A yearly review with your adviser to discuss your concerns, answer questions, and understand your financial situation. 
• Tax planning considerations and optimisations. 
• An additional tax planning appointment for complex tax positions. 
• Consistent administration support year round. 
• Paperwork processing for maintaining or altering your accounts.
• Ad hoc, complementary appointments available when your situation changes or you need additional support. 
• Viewing access on your super, insurance, and investment accounts. 

Additional costs

We know that no financial situation is identical. That's why we offer flexible options for our ongoing service packages. 
If you are:

• Self-employed or own a small business, 
• Own a company or trust, or
• Require more frequent appointments

We may charge additional fees. All fees will be disclosed to you prior to commencing this service. See here for more information.​

Payment methods

You can chose to pay your ongoing fees in a variety of ways. 

• Insurance. Often charging ongoing fees for insurance through the product is more cost effective then paying out of pocket. Our advisers can outline what is most beneficial to you. 
• Superannuation. We can charge fees directly from your superannuation account, meaning you have no out of pocket cost for the advice. 
• Investments. Similarly to super, we can charge fees through your investment. Alternatively, we can charge ongoing fees through your most tax effective entity. 
• Other. You can chose to pay any of our fees out of pocket. Some, like fees relating to income protection or investments, can be tax deductible. Always consult with a licensed tax professional if you're unsure.
