A discovery call is a quick ten-minute chat with one of our advisers that allows you to understand where we can add value, and if your goals are something we can assist you with.
2First Contact
Cost: Included in First Appointment
Duration: n/a
A member of our team will reach out prior to your appointment for information on your financial situation. This then allows your adviser to prepare for your appointment.
3First Appointment
Cost: $440
Duration: 1.5 hours
Your first appointment is where your adviser will get to know you and your situation. Our advisers are only able to give general advice during this appointment, but they can answer any of your burning questions, clarify processes, and help you identify areas for improvement or expansion.
4Enquiries
Cost: None
Duration: n/a
Sometimes, you might sign a letter during your first appointment granting us authority to view your superannuation, insurance, or investment accounts. This allows us to enquire on your accounts or products in order to prepare for your Statement of Advice.
5Second Appointment
Cost: None
Duration: 1 hour
The second appointment is an optional step often needed for complex situations or for further clarification. Here you may complete insurance pre-assessment forms, discuss your goals, or go over the information acquired in the previous step.
6Statement of Advice Appointment
Cost: None
Duration: 1 hour
During this appointment, you will review your adviser's recommendations and offer any feedback. If you'd like to proceed, you can sign your Statement of Advice at this appointment and any relevant implementation documents.
7Statement of Advice Implementation
Cost: Varies
Duration: Depends on scope
Every SOA is different. Some may take weeks, others months. We will keep you updated on any outstanding requirements.
8Completion Appointment
Cost: None
Duration: 30 minutes
For complex recommendations, we may request a Completion Appointment. Otherwise, we will send an email confirmation of your implemented recommendations.
