To create your account, you’ll need to visit my.mlcinsurance.com.au. Select Forgot your password or first time logging in? to head to the Reset password page. Enter your Customer Number. Choose Reset via SMS for a one-time code or Reset via Email for a reset password link. Enter the one-time code and select Verify. Create your new password – and remember to keep it safe for future logins. If you have any issues with the log in process, please reach out to MLC on 13 65 25, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (AEST/AEDT).
