How to contribute to your Colonial First State (CFS) Investment

CFS Investment accounts allow for multiple contribution methods, from direct debit to BPAY. ​

Please note that this page refers to CFS FirstChoice Wholesale Investments only.  
 
Contribute through BPAY 

1. Log in to your bank account or call your bank directly. Always ensure you have the correct details if calling your bank.  

1. Select the BPAY option or request to make a BPAY transfer if you are calling.  

1. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer.  

1. Enter the biller code: 78824 (for CFS FirstChoice Wholesale Investments only) 

1. Enter your CFS account number as the customer reference number, preceded by the number 1. For example, if the account number is 0110 1212 3434, then enter 1011012123434.  

Always refer to the CFS website before contributing. If we’re assisting you with your investment, please contact us prior to contributing if you’re unsure of the details.  
 
Contribute through FirstNet 
You must have submitted a direct debit form previously to utilise this service.  

1. Log in to your FirstNet account here 

1. Go to the “Transact button” in the navigation menu and select “Additional Investment” 

1. Enter the amount you’d like to invest and select which bank account you’d like to be debited. Once complete, press “Next” 

1. Check the details one last time before following the remaining instructions to submit your request.  

 
Contribute through a form 
We may be able to assist you with completing the required forms to establish an ongoing or one-off investment through direct debit.
