Do you currently use the CFS mobile app? There’s an important change coming to protect you and your privacy. From the 26th of February 2025, you will need to verify your identity with a one-time code sent to either your mobile or email address. This is called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
To ensure a seamless transition to this new service, please confirm that your FirstNet details are fully updated so that you can retain access to your app. If you don’t have a phone number or email address currently listed, it is recommended that you update these before the 26th of February. How do I update my details? If you’ve already registered for FirstNet, you can access your account and update your details without requiring MFA. Alternatively, you can contact CFS directly on 13 13 36. Clients are also welcome to contact us for assistance with this! What if I don’t update my details in time? You will still be able to access your account, but you will be prompted to call CFS to set up your access.
