Over the coming months MLC Insurance will be transitioning to Acenda. This will mean that their website, email signatures, and letters will begin to look different.
As a part of this change, Acenda will be closed between 5pm 30 June 2025 and 7am 2 July 2025 (AEST). During this time all systems, portals, and the contact centre will be unavailable. What does this mean for me? No forms or requests will be processed during this window. To ensure that there is as little delay as possible, Acenda recommends making any requests before 5pm on 27 June 2025 (AEST). Is there any way to contact Acenda during the outage? The only service which will remain operational is the claims support email for those who need immediate help with a claim. You can contact them at [email protected].
