All ongoing fees paid via superannuation/investment fund/personally will be fully discussed prior to signing on as a client and are subject to change. The displayed prices are annual, but fees paid through most products are charged monthly. Evergreen acknowledges that everyone’s situation is different and will always work with clients when deciding which option works best for each individual. There will be no additional cost for additional meetings throughout the year for clients who are paying ongoing fees.​

Fee FAQs

I'm a veteran but don't have an offer. How much will my appointment cost?
If you don't have any eligible funding, you will generally fall into either our Fee For Service or Ongoing Service categories. We will still provide the same specialised advice regarding DVA and CSC, but you will likely have to pay an out of pocket fee.

The cost for your first and any subsequent appointments will be $495, unless you sign on to an Ongoing Service arrangement and pay through a product (super, investment, insurance) or by invoice. All first appointments are an hour and a half in length, with following appointments being one hour. 
I'm not sure if I should book an ADF or standard first appointment. 
Generally, if you have an offer from DVA (such as an SRDP or PI offer) or are transitioning from Defence, you should book an ADF Appointment. If you don't fit into those categories, even if you are still serving or have served, you should book a Standard Appointment. Ultimately, don't worry about which appointment you book under. We can always sort it out once we've spoken to you about your goals and situation. 
Can i get a quote for how much my fees will cost?

If you require a quote for any other services we provide, please request one from your adviser during or following your first appointment. 
If i have a first appointment do i have to be ongoing?
No. There is no obligation to be an ongoing client. 
How do i pay for my first appointment?
If you are covered by DVA or DFTP funding, we will organise payment with them directly. 
If you are paying out of pocket, you can either pay via EFTPOS at the appointment or we can send an invoice for you to pay within 14 days. 
How do I decide which adviser to see?
Each of our advisers offer unique perspectives built upon Evergreen's foundational concepts. Our advisers share the same passion for assisting you in achieving your goals, but each put their unique spin on how they discuss these goals and work to actualise them. No matter which adviser you see, you will get the same dedicated, informed, and professional experience.
